It was year 2008, when Rally Roznava was last held. To the schedule were then placed traditional special stages around the city and audience favorite street circuit. Alltrough not much changed over the years, Roznava rally is in this season back in similar form and street circuit certainly will not be missing!
Auto Klub Košice took to their "shoulders" this year reestablishment of Rally Roznava. Its 10th anniversary will be held in late March 30.3.- 1.4. thanks to the support of L Racing. The competition opens Slovak Rally Championship, Slovak Rally Championship historic cars, Slovak Rally Cup, Rally Legend and the rally school crews will be able to attend. The competition will be divided into two days, yet the single stage. Its total length is 308.75 kilometers, of which 94.3 km will consist of eight special stages. Motorsport fans can look forward to city circuit that opens whole competition on Friday evening.
In 2008, started in this race 49 crews and to finish arrived 34. Winners then become Jozef Beres ml. with Robert Muller on a Fiat Abarth Grande Punto S2000. It is almost certain that the outcome of this year will not be repeated and that the track will not see such a vehicle. However, we can look forward to a modern and very fast vehicles R5 on which could represent about 8-9 crews, which already reveal their plans for the new season. In the interim list of subscribers yet ared two such cars, which will drive Vlasto Majerčák and Igor Drotár. However, we believe that the number and total number of subscribers will increase soon, as the closing date for applications with a reduced contribution is fixed already on Friday, March 17, and the overall application deadline on Monday, March 20, 2017.
