Slovak Rally Championship 2017 will be opened by L Racing 10th Rally Roznava. A jubilee year let to wait seven years for itself! The competition will take place at the end of March and will be included in the Slovak Historic Rally Championship, Rally Legend and Slovak Rally Cup.
Auto Klub Košice in cooperation with L Racing and the city of Roznava prepared for Motorsport fans reoccurence of competition entitled L Racing 10th Rally Roznava. This year's first event will be held on March 30th to April 1st 2017 on the well-known tracks in Gemer area around the city of Rožňava. The Headquarters will be located at the Town Hall at Namestie Banikov and service park at the Alley John Paul II in Roznava.
The competition will start on Thursday by the registration, reconnaissance and optional administrative scrutineering. On the Friday morning will continue the administrative and technical scrutineering, reconnaissance, and the shakedown will take its place. Evening viewers can enjoy the Ceremonial Start on the Namestie Banikov and after that the first Special Stage on the favorite 6 km long street circuit in the center of Rožňava.
For the Saturday are prepared seven speed tests - SS 2, 5, 8 Poloma by the length of 14.7 km, SS 6 Hnilec by the length of 12 km, and SS 4, 7 Úhorná by the length of 10.9 km. The total length is 308.75 km of which special stages consists 94.3 km. Slovak Rally Cup crews get a shortened version of the track, which will include a Friday street circuit and two crossings of Saturday SS Poloma with a total length of 35.4 km.
Registration for competition will be launched 1st of March at www.sams-asn.sk/prihlaska web. The deadline is set to 20th March 2017 (with a reduced stake March 17, 2017).
